These terms apply to every booking made through Feasible Beauty CheCha (whether via this site, Instagram, WhatsApp, Treatwell, or in person). By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.

 

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and rescheduling requests make it difficult to fill the slot and are noted on your booking record.

 

If you do not arrive for your appointment without notice, future bookings may be declined.

 

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, at my discretion and depending on the day's bookings.

 

The nail art add-on in the service menu covers simple designs: a small detail on one nail, or a finish like chrome, French, or Swarovski across all ten. For anything that needs more planning (custom references, time-intensive designs, unusual techniques), book a nail art consultation from the service menu and message me on WhatsApp +31 06 82000199 with your reference. It's free. I'll check that I have the right products and the time to do it justice.

 

I use HEMA-free, TPO-free, silver-free, hypoallergenic gel products. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please inform me before your appointment so suitable products can be selected.

 

Where a refund is due, it is processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, credit card refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.

Personal information you provide when booking — name, email, phone number, appointment history — is processed via the Salonized booking platform and is used only to manage your appointments and contact you about them. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold or rented to anyone. For Salonized's full data-processing terms, see salonized.com.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version applies to any booking made after 5 June 2026.
